Job description

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the primary point of contact for both new and existing customers in the Nordics. From the moment a customer joins us, you give them a warm welcome and ensure they always feel heard and supported. You are responsible for a portion of our existing customer portfolio, with your focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and the successful use of our software.

With a proactive approach, you closely maintain relationships with your customers. You have an eye for what is happening with them and oversee the support process from above. This allows you to timely identify and anticipate problems or escalations. You actively think along with the customer, provide valuable advice on the use of the software, and are able to recognize their needs and turn them into opportunities or improvements for our product.

By building strong customer relationships and providing expert advice, you stimulate the use of our software by the customer. This ultimately results in an increase in customer lifetime value. Your commitment and good contact with the customer are invaluable for the successful growth of the use of our software.

The Product

Tweakwise is an e-commerce add-on for all platforms, providing the ability to manage site search, merchandising, and recommendations, allowing customers to offer a personalized shopping experience to their visitors.

At Tweakwise, we understand that every webshop needs an all-in-one e-commerce suite instead of a complex collection of separate tools. That’s why we offer a user-friendly and complete suite that can elevate the webshop to a higher level and become a market leader without unnecessary overhead costs. Our solutions are effective in various markets, such as fashion, home, food, wholesale, DIY, electronics, and many other industries.

Job requirements

What You Bring!

  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written;
  • Experience and affinity with customer contact;
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus;
  • HBO work and thinking level.
